Immigration law

Immigration law includes laws and regulations relating to residence permits, asylum, citizenship and work permits. It deals with people's right to travel to, live and work in a country.

Labour law covers the laws and regulations governing the relationship between employers and employees, including employment contracts, health and safety, dismissal and discrimination.

Family law regulates issues related to marriage, divorce, child custody, maintenance and inheritance. It deals with legal matters that affect family life and relationships.

Compulsory cases refer to legal proceedings concerning custody and compulsory care, such as cases under the Youth Care Act, Compulsory Psychiatric Care Act, Forensic Psychiatric Care Act and Substance Abuse Care Act.

These cases mean that a person may be forced into care or treatment to protect their health or safety.
